Alyssa Turns 5

It’s my daughter’s 5th birthday. She has a party early this evening, and has invited 12-16 other 4 and 5-year-olds. We have hired a soft play area, but are busy making up snack packs (food for the party) and party bags (to take away afterwards) etc.

The party lasts 90 minutes, probably the most exhausting hour-and-a-half of what's already been a really busy week. I'll try to post a photo tomorrow.

Hehe. I hope your daughter will have a great time. It's not everyday we turn 5. :D

Have a good day,
James

hey rob, hope your daughter has a fab party, probably the most fraught event you will ever plan for! i think 5 yr olds now are way more sophisticated than we ever were.

yes, i don't know what agents are looking for when what they find is formulaic, same old same old.

Happy birthday to Alyssa! My Theo (oldest) will turn 5 in June, as well. What a ride we take as parents, yes? Have a lovely time, take lots of pictures!

ha - hope it was happy. like the photo you posted.
I know the feeling. The parties these days (my kids 8 & 10) are scheduled for about 3 hours and I always make a point of whispering to my husband "the first 10 minutes are through!"
