Let's see if we can do some sort of Floo Powder thing or something so that the reading can take place in Basel and Edinburgh at the same time. :-)
All we'd need are a laptop, one of those home-movie cameras, and some kind of technology to send it all over the world in real time. I don't own any of these items, but it's a fun, megalomaniac thought.
Floo Powder sounds easier. :-)
But as Arthur Weasley realizes, Muggle technology is magic in its own right.
